Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivering.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.

 Shipping Cost
• Shipping cost of your order will be calculated based on shipping method, order size (Single or bulk), estimated delivery time and your location.

Shipping Simplification
• When you placed an order on our site, you will get a phone call from our hotline number to finalize shipping cost and further clarification.
• After clarification when delivery made, we will send you a payment details SMS/E-MAIL including courier/carrier name, carrier phone number, a unique delivery code, product price and shipping cost.
• After successful transaction you will get again a THANKS sms/e-mail.

• Cash on delivery with courier services.

Order Cancellation reserves the right to cancel your order any time without notification.

Return & Replacement
• If your product is defective or damaged or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, then call to our hotline number or mail to  within 7 days of delivery.
• The item will be eligible for free replacement provided the exact item is available. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.
• The product will not be eligible for replacement if the product is “no longer needed”, meaning no longer have a use for the product/you have changed your mind about the purchase/the size of the fashion product does not fit/you do not like the product after opening the package.
• The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
• The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
• You must bear the shipping charge of the product of return or replacement.
• After receiving your call/e-mail, salesguddy simplification will do manage your return and replacement.

Return and Replacement Simplification
• When we receive return or replacement issue, you will get a call from our hotline number to finalize the product carrier.
• After receiving physical product we will check the quality of the product that has been delivered you and our stock availability.
• Finally, you will get a SMS/E-MAIL regarding return and replacement.
